Welcome! I am Professor and Chair in the Department of Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio and licensed in professional counseling and marriage and family therapy in Texas.  I also serve as managing partner for a multidisciplinary counseling and psychotherapy practice. We have been located in the heart of Alamo Heights, in San Antonio, Texas, for over 20 years.  My colleagues and I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families facing a broad range of issues. My style is interactive, and I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral, Relational-Cultural Therapy, The Enneagram Personality Typology, and Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT).
